Stay dates are 1 May – 24 September 2026. Outside these dates, your voucher becomes a monetary credit valid for 3 years at any Bannisters Hotels property. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. The package voucher is non-refundable, but if you cannot confirm a stay within the travel period, it will convert to a monetary credit valid for 3 years.

Cancellations and date amendments are permitted up to 14 days before arrival. Changes within 14 days or a no-show will result in forfeiture of the voucher. If travel is prevented by lockdown, natural disaster, state or national emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the voucher will convert to a monetary credit valid for 3 years.

To redeem the $100 Bannisters Credit, you must charge $100 of eligible items to your room. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, spa products, or retail items, and any unused amount will be forfeited. Rates are based on two adults; single occupancy rates are not available.

Blackout dates apply and availability is limited. Vouchers are on sale from 21 November 2025 until sold out. If you have purchased a midweek voucher and wish to stay on a weekend (Friday or Saturday night), a surcharge of $200 will apply, subject to availability. Room upgrades may be available at an additional cost.
